My relationship with God was hanging on by a thread before I moved here, but now, I am so confident in His love for me, and I am constantly wanting to share this new-found freedom I have in Jesus Christ with others! With daily prayer and devotionals, not forgetting the Christian heart of the A.C.E. curriculum itself, I feel I have greatly matured and flourished as a student at the VLC, being given opportunities to share my point of view, and to work independently- but also with the necessary support available to me as and when I need it.

Since the beginning of my journey here as a pupil, I have been more than adequately encouraged, assisted, and motivated by all of the staff and other students here. Every supervisor and monitor shows a kind, willing, and humble attitude to their work, which reflects greatly onto each pupil at the VLC. Every child is encouraged to show a hard-working attitude and strong work ethic, with excellency and mastery being a large part of the focus of education here. As a whole, the VLC is a path I fully encourage every student to go through, and I am so glad that I have been given the opportunity to learn and grow with this amazing community!
